Your customer satisfaction is key. We offer a no quibble exchange or refund providing you return your garment unworn in the item's original condition and packaging. We offer exchanges/refunds within 30 days of receipt of receiving your purchase if the product you received is the incorrect size or unsuitable.
How to make a return
Step 1.

IMPORTANT: Please include a note with your order number in so we can match your return.
Step 2.
Once you've sent the return please contact us with proof of shipping (i.e. tracking number or receipt). Please allow for 14 working days for us to process your refund, if you wish to exchange for a different size please let us know which size you would like and we will arrange a different size to be sent to you once the original item is returned and inspected.
Damaged returns
If your returned item/s is rejected due to being damaged or not in original packaging we will contact you to arrange the item to be sent back to you at the standard shipping rate.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are faulty. If the goods are faulty we will refund you standard postage rates. Please see faulty goods page
