Faulty Items

If the received item is faulty, please contact us. Please quote your order number and full name together with details of the product and the fault (photos preferred). We will then provide advice on how to return your item. Please note that you must return faulty goods within 45 days of receipt.

If we believe the item/s have been intentionally damaged we will refuse your refund.
