We do not accept returns on any opened packs of underwear or socks due to hygiene reasons. If you have purchased multiple packs of boxers or socks and want a refund then you will need to return the unopened packs to claim a refund on these, the first pack is covered by our first pack guarantee. If any additional packs are returned opened they will not be eligible for a refund and can be returned to you at our standard shipping rate. 

If you would like a refund on your FIRST pack please contact us and state your order number and the reason for the refund and we will process this for you, if you would like a different size we can also arrange an exchange. 

How to make a return (unopened underwear and socks only)

Step 1.

IMPORTANT: Please include a note with your order number in so we can match your return. 

Step 2. 

Once you've sent the return please contact us with proof of shipping (i.e. tracking number or receipt). Please allow for 14 working days for us to process your refund, if you wish to exchange for a different size please let us know which size you would like and we will arrange a different size to be sent to you once the original item is returned and inspected. 

Damaged/opened returns

If your returned item/s is rejected due to being damaged, opened or not in original packaging we will contact you to arrange the item to be sent back to you at the standard shipping rate.
