30 Day Money Back Guarantee (Boxers & Socks)

We are so confident you'll love your Giovici Underwear, we'll give you a FULL REFUND on your FIRST PAIR if you don't like them for whatever reason.

If you purchase a multipack of boxers or socks we only cover the FIRST pair, the other pairs in the pack must be returned to us in original packaging unworn and in new condition if you wish to obtain a full refund or exchange for a different size. 

Alternatively you can keep the remaining pairs and we can issue you a part refund for the FIRST pair, this is calculated by dividing the overall price of the pack by the number of items in the pack before any delivery charges are added.  

Shipping charges are non-refundable you will be refunded for the item amount not order total.

Refunds on multiple pack purchases: If you have purchased multiple packs of boxers with a multi buy discount applied we will refund you on your first pair based on a division of the total you have paid to calculate the cost of the first pack. The remaining packs are not covered by the guarantee and can not be returned due to hygiene reason unless unopened. Learn more

Terms and conditions: If you decide to exchange your pair of underwear or socks rather than accept a full refund the original order is then void for a full refund. The First Pair Guarantee is only valid one time per person or household. If we feel the guarantee is being exploited we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Products categorised as intimate (underwear and socks) are exempt from return or refund due to hygiene reason under the consumer rights act however we offer our guarantee in good faith.
