What’s your return policy?Updated 4 months ago

Our return policy allows returns or exchanges for products purchased in the last 30 days.

Please note that opened or worn underwear or socks items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Please see our 30 days first pair guarantee for details on this click here.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 3-5 business days or fewer, after our returns department receives the returned item and checks them over, our returns department can take between 3-14 days to check over returned items after delivery this varies depending on peak season.

To be eligible for a return the items must meet the following: 

  • Underwear and socks can not be returned for hygiene reasons, for this reason we offer a first pair guarantee click here for more information.
  • Purchased in the last 30 days or less when return is made.
  • In new condition with tags still attached.
  • Item must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear etc.).
  • Item must be in original Giovici branded packaging (zip lock bags, cardboard bags etc.).
  • Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
  • If you’ve asked for an item which is more expensive than your return, we will contact you upon receiving the return to process the additional payment.
  • Any items bought in conjunction with an offer (e.g. 2 swimshort for £XX) can only be returned to exchange for a like-for-like item unless all items included in the offer are returned.
  • If a refund is made on a bundle offer the lowest amount will be refunded.
  • Items received after the 30-day returns period will undergo approval and will be eligible for store credit only.
  • Exchanged orders will not be eligible for a refund if it's beyond the original order's 30-day returns period. The 30-day returns period starts from the original order delivery date.
  • If you received a free gift with your order and returned an item you must also return the gift or else you will be invoiced for the face value of the gift.
